Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Celonis Process Mining solutions to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Interpret process mining insights and prepare reports for business teams.
• Work closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of Celonis with existing systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using process analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Celonis Process Mining: Hands-on experience in building and deploying process mining models.
• Process Mining Expertise: Strong understanding of process discovery, conformance checking, and performance analysis.
• SQL: Proficiency in writing complex queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
