Executive - Hub Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hub operations including opening/closing, sorting, and dispatch.
• Manage and train sorters and wish masters for efficient deliveries.
• Plan and allocate shipments for van/bike delivery based on available resources.
• Monitor undelivered shipments, track performance, and support delivery teams.
• Prepare and share daily reports, handle ERP transactions, and ensure cash reconciliation.
• Drive team motivation, training, grievance handling, and performance aligned with company OKRs.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and maintain zero stock variance.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Logistics/Supply Chain background)
• Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, last mile operations, or hub management preferred
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good communication skills and customer handling ability

Salary: up to 22-25k plus other benefits
