Purpose

This role centrally governs the creation and the maintenance of Master Data in the main ERP systems in line with standards and internal customers' requirements.

Key Missions

Manages, maintains and develops the master data within a variety of business application systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date

Provides advice and supports the creation and the modification of the following Master Data: Finance, Projects, Customers, Materials, Employees and Supplier

Ensures all service Level agreements are fully met regarding creation and modification

Maintains and develops master data process documentation, ensuring they are up to date and relevant

Maintains, reviews and monitors systems to ensure data accuracy and quality

Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system

Supports project team(s) in data migration activities

Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes

Defines the Master Data roadmap

Provides guidance for decision-making regarding projects and daily tasks

Prioritizes and allocates the tasks among the team

Manage a team of Master Data Officer
