Job Description – Executive Role (Sales, Documentation & Customer Support)

Import–Export / Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Executive to handle sales support, import–export documentation, pricing coordination, and customer support activities in a freight forwarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate business through sales calls, tele-calling, and client follow-ups.

* Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and agents for import and export shipments.

* Prepare and manage shipping documents such as BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.

* Support customs clearance and shipment coordination.

* Assist with pricing, rate confirmations, and sales support.

* Respond to customer queries related to shipment status, tracking, documentation, and rates.

* Update shipment details accurately in internal systems.

* Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and accounts teams.

Skills & Requirements

* Interest in international and domestic (national) logistics operations.

* Basic knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.

* Willingness to learn; advanced training will be provided by the company.

* Basic computer and email skills.
