Job Description – Associate/Senior Associate 

Position Title, Responsibility Level:  Associate/Senior Associate

Function: Healthcare Business Development

Reports to : Assistant Manager

Permanent/ Temporary: Permanent

Span of Control: Nil

Location: C 15

Basic Function:

Need to call providers to provide case status and discuss about peer to peer review with Medical Director for Denial cases

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Sound knowledge of drugs and disease 
• Analytical approach for making decision based on the medical information
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Should have good convincing ability

Soft skills (Desired)

• Builds strong relationships
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalisms
• A team player with multitasking ability

Soft Skills (Minimum)

• Fluency in written and spoken English (Voice CEF B1)
• Strong communication skills and ready to make outbound calls

Education Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree 

Work Experience Requirements

• 1 year work experience in call center role or fresher with excellent knowledge
