Executives

Basic Function

  • Sound knowledge of Basic Accounts and Finance
  • Sound knowledge of O2C Cycle –Accounts Receivables and Cash Applications
  • Excellent understanding of UK market including Bureau, Non-Bureau, Lloyds and London Market


Essential Functions

The primary responsibilities of this role include – 

  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using electronic point-of-sale (EPOS) systems
  • Handle cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and contactless payments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required
  • Maintain a tidy and organised checkout area
  • Provide warm, professional, and courteous service to customers
  • Monitor till discrepancies and report any irregularities
  • Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation when needed
  • Comply with all store policies including health & safety, data protection, and loss prevention
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and reporting

Primary Interactions

Internal

  • Lead Assistant Manager/Manager, for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking support and monthly evaluation of performance
  • Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process related issues, queries and escalated transactions 

External

  • Client operations team, trainers and SMEs for the purpose of reporting developing and updating training curriculum, provide feedback on training and discussing specific action plans
  • Escalation teams at the client end for the purpose of seeking clarifications & answering queries
  • Liaising with bureau and non-bureau brokers to arrange and push for payment/documents and clarifications on deficiencies


Work Experience & Other Requirements

  • B.Com or B.Com Hons graduate 
  • Minimum 1 years of experience for Executive and 2+ years for Sr. Executive
  • Must have client management experience
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Proficiency with till systems and basic IT literacy
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Create a high performing culture; planning, organizing and prioritizing all work activities to achieve department and team goals and objectives
  • Managing client expectations on key deliverables
