Executives
Basic Function
- Sound knowledge of Basic Accounts and Finance
- Sound knowledge of O2C Cycle –Accounts Receivables and Cash Applications
- Excellent understanding of UK market including Bureau, Non-Bureau, Lloyds and London Market
Essential Functions
The primary responsibilities of this role include –
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using electronic point-of-sale (EPOS) systems
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and contactless payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required
- Maintain a tidy and organised checkout area
- Provide warm, professional, and courteous service to customers
- Monitor till discrepancies and report any irregularities
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation when needed
- Comply with all store policies including health & safety, data protection, and loss prevention
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and reporting
Performance Parameters
- Process performance as per agreed KPIs
- Attendance & Schedule adherence
- Team objectives and accomplishment of assigned goals
- People mentoring and development
Primary Interactions
Internal
- Lead Assistant Manager/Manager, for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking support and monthly evaluation of performance
- Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process related issues, queries and escalated transactions
External
- Client operations team, trainers and SMEs for the purpose of reporting developing and updating training curriculum, provide feedback on training and discussing specific action plans
- Escalation teams at the client end for the purpose of seeking clarifications & answering queries
- Liaising with bureau and non-bureau brokers to arrange and push for payment/documents and clarifications on deficiencies
Work Experience & Other Requirements
- B.Com or B.Com Hons graduate
- Minimum 1 years of experience for Executive and 2+ years for Sr. Executive
- Must have client management experience
- Excellent writing and verbal communication
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency with till systems and basic IT literacy
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Create a high performing culture; planning, organizing and prioritizing all work activities to achieve department and team goals and objectives
- Managing client expectations on key deliverables
