Job Description

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for business development and selling of Exhibition Booths and sponsorship on a daily basis for assigned shows.
  • Prospect and identify key New business clients
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets across assigned events.
  • Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations/Zoom Calls.
  • Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone/Zoom Calls and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Manage and grow relationships with new exhibitors as well as existing clients.
  • Arrange meetings and regularly meet with customers, prospects in person via calls and Zoom.
  • Successfully challenge any objections and negotiate the terms of sales agreements and close sales.
  • Create detailed written proposals and send them to the client in a timely manner
  • Maintain sales prospecting, pipeline data and the records of all the conversations with the customers in sales crm.
  • Responsible for generating New leads, making cold calls and closing sales over the phone.
  • Must be confident in being client facing and driving New business forward by Upselling and cross selling additional services.


Essential Skills


  • MBA degree from any regular college
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum 3-6 years experience in New Client acquisition
  • Proven record of consistently Meeting Sales targets
  • Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
  • Persistent, efficient and focused self-starter
  • Knowledge of working with MS Office
