Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives across assigned territories.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote solar installation services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through on-site visits, local campaigns, partnerships, and referrals.
• Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
• Stay updated on solar energy trends, incentives, government policies, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
• Coordinate closely with the project and installation teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
