Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder ( Pre Sales + Post sales )

Basically I am looking for some one who can get trained and help me in to Client Communication and take ownership of my candle export business . so means ur salary will be depends on ur performance basically .

Role Overview:

Seeking a smart, well-groomed, well-maintained, energetic, extroverted lady age between 27-33. who can take full ownership of a multifaceted role that blends Marketing , and Executive role & Work as my Shadow. You will directly support the Founder and play a key role in managing and coordinating activities across all business verticals.


** Looking for some one who is belong from out side delhi/gurgaon or came delhi/gurgaon for try fortune . who is not scare to loose anything and started rebuilding own destiny .


The role requires a startup mindset someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, resourceful, and capable of taking independent decisions without relying on constant instructions.

we had office in Gurgaon at 2024 , and very soon (april 2026 ) will re open office as well . presently we are operating from kolkata . and in kolkata have candle factory which will be shift to Gurgaon at 2027 ( after dewali order ) . and i am working and managing my business from my personal office at kolkata , which is registered office address for my three companies . 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.Founder Assistance & Company Management:

Support Founder in managing all aspects of the businesses.

Be willing and available to travel with the Founder both within India and internationally at any time.

Stay updated on all company activities to handle inquiries and communications with confidence and authority.


2.Operations Management:

Maintain digital records, sales funnels, and client engagement.

Coordinate with quality, production, and feedback teams on an hourly basis.

Maintain daily sales reports and client feedback logs.

Business Development & Growth Support:

Contribute to planning strategies for growth and fundraising.

Maintain company social media profiles and execute daily content posting.


3.Client Communication & Representation:

Manage business phone lines and act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Deliver prompt, accurate, and confident responses, reflecting deep knowledge of the business.


4.Technical & Skill Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Hands-on experience with Woo Commerce or Shopify ecommerce platforms.

Basic working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Exposure to AI tools like Blackbox, SORA , VEO .

Understanding of client onboarding processes.

Awareness of MCA21, Export-Import Laws, and GST regulations.
