Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who will be responsible for handling procurement activities, managing vendors, and ensuring timely purchase of required materials. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, good knowledge of the local market, and the ability to develop and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase required products/materials from the local market.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure timely supply and competitive pricing.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply chain.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products at the best possible rates.
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor database.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods as per requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase needs.
• Requirements:Proven experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in [industry type]).
• Good knowledge of local markets and sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and build long-term partnerships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / purchase records.
• Must have a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license for local market visits.
• Education:Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
