Job OverviewPratham Ventures Solution Private Limited is seeking a disciplined, alert, and professional Field Operative to support surveillance, investigation, and on-ground operational assignments. This is a field-intensive role requiring mobility, confidentiality, and strong observational skills. The candidate must be capable of handling sensitive assignments with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities· Conduct discreet field surveillance assignments

· Monitor subjects and activities professionally

· Collect factual and visual evidence

· Prepare structured and detailed investigation reports

· Assist in background verification cases

· Conduct site assessments to identify operational vulnerabilities

· Report potential risks and security loopholes

· Respond to field-based incidents promptly

· Coordinate with authorities when required

· Secure and properly document evidence

· Maintain accurate written incident reports

· Assist in confidential corporate investigations

· Ensure strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information

Education Requirements· Minimum: 12 PASS (Any Stream)

· Strong documentation and report-writing skills required

Required Skills

· Excellent observation and analytical ability

· Strong written communication skills

· Basic computer proficiency

· Ability to travel across Delhi NCR

· High ethical standards and professionalism

· Physically fit and mentally alert

Vehicle Requirement· Candidate must own a two-wheeler vehicle

· Valid driving license is mandatory

· Petrol expenses will be reimbursed / commissioned by the company

Salary Structure· ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience and assignment volume)

· Petrol allowance provided separately
