Field Marketing Executive

Our company is a channel partner of various Banks and NBFCs for selling their loan products. Candidate should be ready to do full time job in field in role of Field Marketing Executive. Candidate need to distribute personal loan visiting cards, pamphlets etc. outside gates of various big corporates in Noida to the walking employees of those corporates. Candidate must be hard working, sincere and honest to do 8 hours duty of 5 to 6 days a week in field with or without supervision.

Only male candidates required. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. On the job training will be given to every candidate during initial days about soft skills of customer handling, marketing, loan visiting cards distribution techniques for better sales results. There are no sales conversion targets like other sales jobs in Banks and DSAs. No salary deduction at end of month. Candidate only need to ensure to sincerely distribute given marketing material to maximum persons entering or coming out of big corporates in Noida without taking too many breaks.

Candidate will be given fixed salary, conveyance expenses and variable incentives as per outcome of his marketing activity. Immediate joining required in the job.
