Job Description
Job Title: Field Marketing Executive (Sales)
- Visit PGs, hostels, and residential areas to distribute pamphlets & brochures about insurance agent opportunities.
- Explain the benefits of becoming an insurance advisor and motivate interested individuals to join.
- Collect leads and basic details of interested candidates and share with the recruitment team.
- Build good rapport with PG owners, caretakers, and residents to increase reach and referrals.
- Achieve daily field visit and lead generation targets as assigned.
