Field Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive Field Marketer who will work on ground to promote our mother & baby care services, support field workers/caregivers, and build awareness in local, remote, and rural communities.

Location: Noida Sector 63

Type: Full-time, Field Role (Reporting to Brand Manager)

Key Responsibilities

·        Visit assigned areas daily to promote MEDSCoders services to families, mothers, clinics, and local influencers.

·        Interact regularly with field workers and caregivers, guide them on service process, branding, and communication.

·        Support caregivers during camps, home visits, vaccination drives, and community meetings.

·        Distribute brochures/leaflets, place posters, and collect basic lead information from interested families.

·        Explain our services clearly, answer basic queries, and build trust in local communities.

·        Share daily reports with the Brand Manager on visits, leads, activities, and feedback from the field.

·        Coordinate closely with the Brand/Marketing team for planning local activities, health camps, and awareness events.

·        Be willing to travel to remote and rural areas as per requirement (bike travel).

Required Profile

·        12th pass / Graduate; experience in field marketing, community outreach, or healthcare promotion preferred.

·        Comfortable doing door‑to‑door visits, market visits, and community interaction.

·        Good communication skills in local language and basic Hindi/English.

·        Must have a two‑wheeler with valid driving license and readiness to travel daily.

·        Self‑motivated, polite, and able to work under the guidance of a Brand Manager.

Allowances & Support

·        We provide ₹150 per day for one-time meal.

·        Petrol expenses for bikes will be reimbursed whenever field travel is required, as per company policy.
