Field Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for field, factory, warehouse, and site-based roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage bulk hiring for blue-collar roles such as:
• 
  
• Electricians
• Plumbers
• Welders
• Machine Operators
• Drivers
• Warehouse Workers
• Construction Laborers
• Source candidates through job portals, field visits, local networks, contractors, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate walk-in drives and hiring events.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Verify documents and coordinate background checks.
• Work closely with operations/site managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Handle offer letters, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills for field and industrial roles.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with local labor laws (added advantage).
