Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: Visit job fairs, local community spots, and hiring hubs to find potential candidates, particularly for high-volume needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handle candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Onboarding and Screening: Perform candidate background checks, document verification, and assist with induction/onboarding, especially for onsite personnel.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with operations managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular recruitment updates (e.g., daily RAG reports).
• Networking: Develop local professional networks and community outreach programs to find passive talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on field, high-volume, or warehouse staffing.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates in person.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for job fairs and community events.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting).
