Responsibilities:

●     Conduct regular visits to merchants in the open market to pitch our WhatsApp Business App and educate them on its features and benefits.

●     Guide merchants through the onboarding process, assisting them with account setup and profile creation.

●     Help merchants upload and manage their product catalogues on the WhatsApp Business App, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

●     Present advertising opportunities to merchants, highlighting the value of promoting their products or services through WhatsApp business App.

●     Proactively engage with merchants to renew their subscriptions and maintain long-term relationships, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

●     Utilise your own bike for daily travel to visit merchants and navigate the assigned sales territory efficiently.

●     Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients, share relevant content, and build relationships.
