We’re looking for dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives who are ready to work on the ground and help us expand the reach of these exciting new sports.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales by meeting potential clients, dealers, and customers in the field.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Represent the brand at tournaments, events, exhibitions, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, schools, sports academies, and corporates.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in Pickleball, Padel, and Racket Sports.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing (fieldwork preferred).
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must own a personal vehicle (petrol allowance provided).
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork in and around Greater Noida.
• Passion for sports, especially Pickleball or Padel, is a big advantage!

💰 What We Offer

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹20,000
• Allowances: Petrol allowance for fieldwork
