Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Sales:

• Meet with prospective tenants (given by company) to understand their paying guest housing needs and provide appropriate PG solutions.
• Conduct property tours, answering questions and addressing any concerns to secure tenant interest.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful rental agreements.
