We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to join our team and help us turn design dreams into reality.


The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients, understand their design needs, and showcase how our services can transform their spaces. You won't just be "selling services"—you’ll be selling a lifestyle and a vision.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on marketing leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Present design proposals and quotations (prepared in collaboration with the design team) to clients, effectively communicating the value of our work.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, real estate developers, and contractors to generate referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and competitor pricing.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, real estate, or luxury home decor sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Aesthetic Sense: A genuine passion for interior design and the ability to speak confidently about space planning, materials, and color palettes.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate basic design presentation tools.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is resilient, organized, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
