Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

• Promote and sell NFC Business Cards to individual professionals, startups, SMEs, and local businesses 

through field visits and direct meetings. 

• Generate leads through market visits, cold meetings, references, and networking. 

• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain the benefits of NFC digital cards. 

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and payment collection. 

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly field sales targets. 

• Maintain proper records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and closures. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. 

• Build long-term client relationships for repeat orders and referrals. 

 

Required Skills 

• Good communication and convincing skills. 

• Confident and presentable personality. 

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings. 

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong sales drive. 

• Basic understanding of digital tools and mobile applications is an added advantage. 

 

Salary Structure & Performance Terms 

• Per Day Target: 5 Sales 

• Minimum Price per Sale: ₹999 

• Working Days per Month: 26 

• Monthly Target Amount: Based on offered salary 

• Monthly Salary: Upto 25000 

Important Performance Condition 

The Field Sales Executive must achieve either: 

• The required number of sales (5 per day), OR 

• The total monthly sales amount target. 

Incentives will be calculated based on whichever achievement is higher (number of sales or total sales amount).
