Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company products/services, and closing sales in assigned territories.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers in the assigned area to present and promote products/services.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and door-to-door activity.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Follow up with clients for repeat orders, upselling, and relationship building.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile sales apps.
• Fluency in local language; English or Hindi preferred as an add-on.
• Education: Graduation preferred
