Field Sales Executive

🎯 Role Overview

We’re seeking a Field Sales Executive who will work on ground at assigned field locations. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard restaurants, cafés, dhabas, and bakery shops onto the DOJ App platform. This is a target-based role, ideal for someone confident in field sales, partner communication, and deal closures.

💰 Salary

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (details discussed during interview).

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned field locations and identify potential partner restaurants, cafés, dhabas, and bakery shops.

• Approach and pitch DOJ App to potential partners, clearly explaining application features and business benefits.

• Drive end-to-end onboarding of partner stores as per company standards.

• Collect required documentation and ensure accurate partner information during onboarding.

• Achieve monthly onboarding targets assigned by the company.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners.

• Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth partner activation.

• Confidence in field sales, cold visits, and partner negotiations.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.

• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

🎓 Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or partner onboarding (preferred).

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• Performance will be evaluated primarily on the number of successfully onboarded stores and target achievement.
