Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Telesales and Field Sales Executives for Home Loan sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via calls (for Telesales role)
• Generate leads and explain home loan products
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• For Field Sales: Meet clients, assist with documentation, and support loan processing
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Prior experience in sales/telecalling is preferred
