Position: Field Sales Executive (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Age Range: 18 to 35 years
Education: Graduate Degree

Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify potential corporate clients and build strong relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and services, including technical specifications and benefits.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.
- Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and quotations.
- Customer Support:
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in field sales, particularly in the computer hardware industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and related services.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Noida.
- Male candidates aged between 18 to 35 years.
