Position: Field Sales Executive (Male Candidates Only)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Age Range: 18 to 35 years

Education: Graduate Degree

Industry: Computer Hardware and Related Services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Identify potential corporate clients and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and services, including technical specifications and benefits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Customer Support:

  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience:

  • Previous experience in field sales, particularly in the computer hardware industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and related services.
  • Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Noida.
  • Male candidates aged between 18 to 35 years.
