Position Title: Mutual Fund Sales Manager


Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Mutual Fund Sales professional to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling mutual fund products to individual investors, HNIs, corporates, and channel partners, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will play a crucial role in building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the organization’s Assets Under Management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly mutual fund sales targets and drive AUM growth.

• Generate new business through direct clients, distributors, independent financial advisors (IFAs), banks, and other channel partners.

• Identify potential investors through cold calls, references, events, and networking.

• Client Engagement:

• Explain mutual fund products, risk-return profiles, and investment strategies to prospective investors.

• Provide personalized financial solutions based on client investment goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.

• Conduct investor education sessions, presentations, and seminars.

• Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing investors and distributors.

• Resolve client queries and grievances promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Market Research & Analysis:

• Keep track of competitor strategies, market trends, and regulatory updates.

• Gather and share client feedback for product improvement and better client servicing.

• Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and company compliance guidelines.

• Submit MIS reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts regularly.
