Field Sales Expert – Healthcare/Skincare

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with pharmacies, retailers & doctors to promote Healic’s Skin Care, Ortho & Nutraceuticals products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring product visibility and sales growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations & educate clients on benefits and usage.
• Ensure correct stocking & merchandising, maximizing brand presence in the field.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while managing an assigned territory effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare/FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong B2B sales experience with deep industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
