Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly driven field sales professionals (Hunters) who thrive in acquiring new SMB & SME customers through on-ground prospecting, cold visits, and aggressive outbound sales. The role is 100% focused on new logo acquisition in the CPaaS & SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Logo Hunting (Core Responsibility) ● Identify and acquire new SMB & SME customers through: ○ Field visits & cold door-to-door prospecting ○ Industrial areas, business hubs, co-working spaces, and commercial markets ○ Referrals, networking events, and local associations ● Build daily and weekly field activity plans to maximize meetings and closures ● Consistently achieve new customer acquisition targets

2. Consultative & Solution Sales ● Understand business communication challenges of prospects ● Pitch and sell CPaaS & SaaS solutions, including: ○ Cloud IVR & Call Routing ○ Toll-Free Numbers ○ Missed Call & Click-to-Call ○ SMS, WhatsApp Business API ○ Cloud Contact Center solutions ● Conduct on-site demos and presentations for business owners & decision-makers 

3. Negotiation, Closing & Onboarding ● Own the entire sales cycle—from first meeting to deal closure ● Handle commercial discussions and close deals independently ● Coordinate with internal onboarding and technical teams to ensure smooth activation 4. Field Reporting & Pipeline Management ● Maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and closures in CRM ● Share daily field reports, weekly pipeline, and revenue forecasts ● Track competitor activities and market intelligence from the field

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) ● 2–5 years of field sales / outdoor sales experience (B2B mandatory) ● Proven hunter mindset with strong new customer acquisition record ● Experience selling CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Telephony, Telecom, or IT Services ● Comfortable with cold calling, cold meetings, and daily field movement ● Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills ● Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR
