Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Service Engineers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our range of Online UPS systems and other power equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, willing to travel, and capable of managing field service independently.

Key Responsibilities:·      Installation and commissioning of Online UPS systems and associated equipment at client sites.

·      Perform routine preventive maintenance and health check-ups of UPS systems.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to UPS performance, electrical faults, or communication errors.

·      Coordinate with the internal technical team for advanced diagnostics and support.

·      Maintain accurate service reports, call logs, and documentation using service management tools.

·      Educate customers on product functionality, maintenance practices, and safe operation.

·      Attend urgent service calls and minimize equipment downtime.

·      Provide feedback from the field to improve product reliability and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:·      1–3 years of field experience in service/support of Online UPS, inverters, stabilizers, or related electrical equipment.

·      Basic knowledge of inverter systems and battery banks is preferred

·      Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot circuits.

·      Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

·      Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.

·      Familiarity with tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and oscilloscopes is a plus.
