Field Supervisor

Location: Noida, West delhi, South Delhi

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Experience)

Working Hours: Flexible / As per operational requirements

About the Role:

We’re looking for a responsible and active Field Supervisor to handle daily field operations in Delhi/NCR. The person will lead field teams, plan routes and vehicle movements, and make sure all work is done smoothly and on time while keeping good discipline and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide field teams (drivers, helpers, etc.)
• Plan and assign daily routes, work schedules, and operational tasks
• Conduct site visits to stores, warehouses, and other locations
• Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and asset handling
• Ensure accurate data reporting and timely updates
• Resolve on-ground challenges and ensure effective coordination among teams
• Maintain discipline, safety, and performance standards
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management
• Support planning and process improvements for better efficiency

• Quick problem-solving and decision-making mindset
• Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR roads and geography
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel preferred)
• Flexible to travel and work varied hours based on operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass
• Experience: 1–2 years in field supervision or operational roles
• Preference: Candidates with their own bike will be given priority
