Field Surveyor

Job Title: Field Surveyor (Commercial Real Estate)Location: B Block, Sector 65, Noida – 201301

Working Area: Noida & Greater Noida

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and energetic Field Surveyor to conduct on-ground surveys of commercial properties including offices, factories, and warehouses across Noida and Greater Noida. The role requires regular field visits to identify potential properties and gather relevant information.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct field surveys to identify available commercial offices, factories, and warehouses
• Visit assigned locations and collect property details such as size, availability, condition, and ownership
• Build local area knowledge and maintain records of surveyed properties
• Interact with property owners, brokers, and local contacts
• Share daily reports and updates with the team
• Assist in creating a database of commercial properties
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must own a Scooty/Bike with a valid driving license
• Basic understanding of local areas in Noida & Greater Noida
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Skills:Prior experience in field survey or real estate will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively
• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented approach
• Compensation:Fixed salary + Travel allowance (if applicable)
• Incentives based on performance
• Work Timings:6 days working (field-based role)
