Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations such as GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, etc.

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and forecasts.

Liaise with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policy.

Monitor and reconcile transactions with banks, service providers, and downline partners.

Provide regular financial updates and insights to management.

Supervise and support the finance team; take ownership of the team’s deliverables and responsibilities.

Assist in implementing and enhancing internal controls and financial processes.

Foster and maintain strong working relationships with banks, chartered accountants, and service providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in financial tools/software and MS Excel.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
