About Team:
This team improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to concerned teams.
Job Description
-Preparation and detailed analysis of financial statements, Revenue line items, business KPI’s, balance sheet and providing insights to the management.
·Preparation and presentation of monthly review decks, dashboards, and financial metrics for senior management reviews
·Reasoning and analysis of variances with respect to AOP, Estimates, prior month, previous year etc
·Closely coordinating with various stakeholders across the entity for segment wise profitability analysis
·Tracking key KPI’s like disbursals, book size, collections, repayments regularly and providing updates to the management
· Assisting in monthly closing activity by analyzing movements in ledgers, trial balance analysis
·Assist in internal control, process and policy formulation and implementation
·Preparation of Detailed AOP and Estimates
· Deep knowledge of lending business and its key KPI’s and ratios is must
·Assist in automation of various processes.
Education:
Must be a qualified CA
