Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead financial planning and analysis activities. - Develop financial models and forecasts. - Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting. - Experience in financial planning and forecasting. - Knowledge of financial systems and tools. - Hands-on experience with SAP FI CO modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
