Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Flutter, Kotlin, and React Native.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

● Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.

● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs promptly.

● Implement modern design patterns and architectural principles in application development.

● Work with RESTful APIs to connect applications to backend services.

● Utilize GIT for version control, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

● Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

● Adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of a startup environment, taking on multiple responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

● 4-5 years of experience as an Android Application Developer.

● Proficiency in Kotlin with a strong understanding of Android SDK and core frameworks.

● Experience with Flutter and React Native for cross-platform mobile development.

● Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.

● Proficient in GIT and version control practices.

● Experience with performance and memory tuning of Android applications.

● Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a startup environment.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

● Knowledge of Android Jetpack components.

● Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

● Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

● Understanding of cloud services (Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud)
