Flutter Developer

Looking Experience Candidate 2.5 Year

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in building cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS) using Flutter, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following best practices.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, Firebase, and other backend services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern mobile app interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers and team members to define and deliver features.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Maintain code quality, structure, and documentation.
• Publish apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by QA and users.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, plugins, and development tools.

Required Skillsutter & Dart.

• Good understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider / GetX / Riverpod / Bloc).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics).
• Experience with version control (Git / GitHub / GitLab).
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture (MVC / MVVM / Clean Architecture).
• Additional Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of app animations and custom UI components.
• Experience with local databases (SQLite, Hive).

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, IT, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience delivering at least 2+Flutter apps (live or GitHub).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.

Passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
