About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our in-house team and play a key role in crafting high-performance, beautiful, and responsive mobile applications. You will work closely with our Designers and Backend engineers to translate Figma designs into seamless Flutter UI, while optimizing app performance across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities·       

• Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
• Convert complex and detailed Figma UI designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter interfaces.
• Optimize app performance, speed, and memory usage to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features efficiently.
• Debug, identify bottlenecks, and fix bugs across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter/Dart updates and mobile development trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying Flutter applications.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, state management, and Dart language.
• Exceptional attention to detail when translating Figma designs into working UI.
• Experience in performance profiling, code optimization, and platform-specific tweaks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
• Good understanding of app architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native Android/iOS development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated testing for Flutter.
• Experience working in agile teams or startup environments.
