FMCG Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our Shop24Hours convenience store team. The ideal candidate will handle daily store operations including FMCG & bakery product sales, cash handling, customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide excellent service at all times
• Ensure product knowledge across FMCG and bakery categories
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately
• Maintain proper stock display, merchandising, and product freshness
• Assist in inventory checks and replenishment of shelves
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards within the store
• Support live kitchen/café operations when required
• Deliver strong communication and maintain a presentable appearance
• Work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Prior experience in retail sales/FMCG/bakery will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of computer billing systems
• Strong communication skills and customer engagement attitude
• Ability to handle cash with accuracy and responsibility
