Food Technologist

Key responsibilities:

As a third-party health supplement manufacturer, we need someone who can take ownership of product formulation, documentation, and process coordination for whey proteins and other nutritional supplement products. This role is best suited for a candidate who is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment where speed, accuracy, and ownership matter.

• Formulation of whey proteins and health supplements
• New product development and product improvement
• Preparation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Managing formulation sheets, batch records, and technical documentation
• Coordinating with production, procurement, and quality teams
• Ensuring product feasibility, consistency, and compliance

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Experience/knowledge in health supplements, nutraceuticals, or protein formulations
• Strong documentation and formulation skills
• Ability to work in a startup and take ownership
