Founder's Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are building a new-age global consumer brand and are looking for a smart, energetic, tech-savvy assistant to work directly with the founder. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to startup building, strategy, research, and operations.

You will act as the founder’s right hand, helping manage daily execution so the founder can focus on growth and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

🔍 Research & Strategy Support

• Conduct market, competitor, supplier, and product research
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations
• Support product development and vendor evaluation

📅 Operations & Task Management

• Manage schedules, follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
• Organize workflows and daily priorities

📞 Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate meetings with manufacturers, vendors, buyers, and agencies
• Draft professional emails and communication
• Track discussions and action items

🤖 AI & Productivity Tools

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Google Workspace, automation tools)
• Improve research speed, documentation, and productivity systems

📱 Marketing Support (Bonus Skill)

• Assist with basic social media coordination
• Support content planning and digital brand communication
