We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Business Development Associates (BDA) in our international voice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential international customers and build rapport through phone conversations.
• Learn about our products and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Handle outbound calls with customers, assisting with inquiries and transferring calls as needed.

Qualification:

• Minimum education: 12th pass
• Fresher with good command over English communication
• Confident

No prior experience required—Training will be provided.

Monday-Friday (Saturday – Sunday fixed off)
