We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals (Freshers & Experienced) Business Development Associates (BDA) to drive international sales via outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp sales mindset.

You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching services, while working with a motivated team in a performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential international clients to explain our services.
• Build good relationships by understanding the client's needs and offering the right solutions.
• Follow up regularly with leads and keep records updated.
• Handle client questions and concerns confidently.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and happy clients after the sale.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates in international voice process/sales/customer service are preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
