Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. This role is critical in creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting the firms daily operations. The receptionist ensures smooth communication, manages administrative tasks, and assists the real estate team in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

Provide basic information about property listings, services, and office procedures.

Administrative Support

Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and managers.

Maintain visitor logs, office supplies, and reception area cleanliness.

Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Coordination

Liaise between clients and real estate agents for smooth communication.

Support marketing activities such as distributing brochures or assisting with open house events.

Update property listings and office databases when required.

Office Management

Ensure reception area reflects the firms professional image.

Monitor meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings.
