Job Description:OVS Innovation is hiring a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. We are looking for someone with a strong command over all major digital channels who can drive growth, boost brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.

• Key Responsibilities:Design and execute 360° digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Develop and implement SEO content strategies to improve search rankings.
• Create and manage high-performing social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Run targeted Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns using Google Ads.
• Lead Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
• Drive impactful Content Marketing through blogs, case studies, infographics, etc.
• Optimize and analyze performance through Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager.
• Utilize Google Analytics (GA & GA4) for campaign tracking, performance insights, and ROI reporting.
• Engage in cold calling and follow-up to support sales funnel activities.
• Boost social media engagement through community building and interaction.
• Develop and enhance branding strategies to strengthen brand identity.
• Implement creative lead generation strategies through digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visual content using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Required Skills:Proven experience in managing full-scale digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (including GA4).
• Strong skills in Photoshop and After Effects for creative design.
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of branding and cold calling practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
