Job Description
Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Experience: 1–3 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, visitors, calls, and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meetings
- Handle facility management: housekeeping, pantry, security, office upkeep
- Coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and supplies
- Ensure reception and common areas are clean and well-organized
- Support HR/Admin with basic coordination and documentation
- Manage couriers, travel bookings, and ad-hoc admin tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge
- Organized, presentable, and proactive
