Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk coordination
• Maintain and update client records, data entries, and documentation
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage daily calendars
• Update CRM systems and prepare basic MIS reports
• Provide administrative and back-office support to internal teams
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Operations departments
• Manage files, records, and office documentation
• Follow up with clients and support daily operational tasks
• Ensure smooth front desk and back office operations
• Skills & Requirements:Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced both)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Presentable, organized & multitasking ability
• Professional behaviour & positive attitude
