Job Description

We are looking for a professional Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage reception duties and support daily administrative operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will ensure smooth office coordination and communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams.

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.

Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities.
  • Ensure the reception area and common areas remain clean and presentable.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Preferred SkillsPrior experience in reception or administration.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
