Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed for staff and visitors.
  • Provide general information to clients and visitors about the company’s services.
