Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for staff and visitors.
- Provide general information to clients and visitors about the company’s services.
