Job description

●      You will work in a fast-paced using Agile methodologies and XP engineering practices

●      You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing technical design and architecture and ensuring high levels of delivery to clients.

●      You will be involved in writing unit test cases, conducting code reviews and automating CI/CD.

●      You will build web based applications using SaaS and PaaS.

●      You will be creating REST APIs and Microservices.

●      You will be responsible for building multi-tenant, performant, scalable and secure applications.

●      You will be developing responsive web/mobile-friendly frontends.

●      You will be responsible for coordinating with UI/UX, product, content, and marketing teams.

Skills Required

●      Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

●      Expert in React.js, Next.js, component-based architectures, performance optimization and a strong grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

●      Familiarity with SSR and ISR techniques

●      Proficient in Node.js building scalable APIs and event-driven architectures.

●      Experience with Postgres & MongoDB.

●      Experience with Elastic Search.

●      Understanding of CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS/stylus, along with hands-on knowledge of Tailwind CSS.

●      Experience in creating RESTful APIs and microservices. 

●    Proficient understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles.

●    Proficient in writing clean and DRY code.

●    Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

Good To Have

●      Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, AWS, Digital Ocean, serverless computing, and observability tools.

●      Knowledge of deployment and hosting (Docker, AWS).

●      Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

●      Experience with Payload CMS

●      Experience with atomic design principles

Qualifications - You are a Great Fit If You

●    Have 2–5 years of full-stack experience (startup experience is a big plus)

●    Can own end-to-end product development with little supervision

●    Can quickly turn concepts and feedback into working builds

●    Thrive in uncertainty and can adapt to fast-paced changes
