Full-stack Developer

Qualification Requirements for .NET + React + MSSQL Developer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

Professional Experience

• 3–5 years (or more) of hands-on full-stack development using .NET Core (C#) and React.js.
• Proven track record building and maintaining scalable web applications with MS SQL Server as the primary data store.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and working with modern authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT).

Technical Skills

• .NET (9.0), ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework or EF Core.
• React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Microsoft SQL Server: T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization.
• Version control with Git (GitHub, Azure DevOps) and familiarity with branching/merge strategies.
• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure or AWS (App Services, Functions, RDS/SQL Azure).
• Unit and integration testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Containerization (Docker) and basic orchestration (optional: Kubernetes).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Agile mindset: experience in Scrum environments, iterative delivery, and PR code reviews.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to changing requirements and new technologies.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
• MCSD: App Builder.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate.

Additional Considerations

• Responsibilities to include in posting: system architecture, performance tuning, code reviews, writing technical documentation, mentoring juniors.
• Nice-to-Haves: experience with microservices, GraphQL, Redis or other NoSQL stores, front-end testing frameworks (Cypress, Enzyme).
